Article 1 : Scope of application<\/strong>The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all cab services offered by Paris Cab Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 2<\/span> : <\/span>Reservation and confirmation.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2.1 To reserve a cab service, the client may use the means of communication made available by Paris Cab Service (website, mobile application, telephone).<\/span>
2.2 A confirmation of reservation will be sent to the client as soon as the reservation is taken into account by Paris Cab Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 3 : Rates<\/strong><\/span>
3.1 The rates of the cab services are indicated on the website or the mobile application of Paris Cab Service or can be requested from the customer service.<\/span>
3.2 Rates are expressed in euros. They include the cost of travel, driving and the provision of the vehicle. 3.3 Rates may be modified at any time without prior notice by Paris Cab Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 4: Service provision<\/strong><\/span>
4.1 The cab service is provided by a professional and experienced driver.<\/span>
4.2 The client is responsible for specifying his or her needs and transportation requirements at the time of reservation.<\/span>
4.3 The driver’s waiting time shall not exceed [maximum waiting time]. Beyond this time, the customer will be charged for each [duration of a waiting period].<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 5 : Cancellation and modification<\/strong><\/span>
5.1 Any cancellation or modification of a reservation must be made to Paris Cab Service at least [minimum cancellation period] before the scheduled pick-up time.<\/span>
5.2 In case of late cancellation or modification, Paris Cab Service reserves the right to charge the client a lump sum corresponding to [amount of the lump sum].<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 6 : Responsibility<\/strong><\/span>
6.1 Paris Cab Service cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, such as weather conditions, traffic jams, traffic incidents, etc.<\/span>
6.2 Paris Cab Service cannot be held responsible for objects left in the vehicle. The client is invited to verify the presence of his personal effects before leaving the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 7 : Intellectual property<\/strong><\/span>
7.1 All elements of the website or mobile application of Paris Cab Service, including texts, images, logos, graphic charts, etc., are protected by intellectual property law.<\/span>
7.2 It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, sell or exploit in any way whatsoever these elements without the express authorization of Paris Cab Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 8: Confidentiality<\/strong><\/span>
8.1 Paris Cab Service undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the client’s personal information and to use it exclusively for the performance of cab services.<\/span>
8.2 The client’s personal information shall not be transmitted to third parties without his prior authorization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/span>
9.1 These GTC are subject to French law.<\/span>
9.2 In case of dispute, only the courts of Paris will be competent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 10: Entry into force<\/strong><\/span>
10.1 The present GTC come into force as of the date of publication on the website or the mobile application of Paris Cab Service.<\/span><\/p>\n
