Terms and conditions of use

Article 1: Scope of Application

These terms and conditions (T&C) apply to all taxi services offered by Paris Cab Service.

Article 2: Ordering and Service Provision
2.1 The taxi can be ordered through Paris Cab Service’s website or by telephone.
2.2 Paris Cab Service is committed to providing taxi services in a prompt and efficient manner, in accordance with the customer’s request.
2.3 In case of force majeure, Paris Cab Service reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service provision without any liability on its part.

Article 3: Rates
3.1 The rates for taxi services are those in effect at the time of the order, as published on Paris Cab Service’s website or mobile application.
3.2 The rates include the travel fees, but exclude any additional taxes or fees related to the use of specific services (e.g. transportation of additional luggage).

Article 4: Payment
4.1 Payment for taxi services must be made at the end of each trip by payment method offered by Paris Cab Service.

Article 5: Liability
5.1 Paris Cab Service cannot be held liable for any delays or cancellations of service provision due to force majeure, strikes, or any other event beyond its control.
5.2 The customer is required to abide by the conduct rules onboard the taxi vehicle, including road safety rules. Any illegal or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the trip without a refund.

Article 6: Complaints
6.1 All complaints regarding taxi services must be presented in writing to Paris Cab Service as soon as possible.
6.2 Paris Cab Service is committed to handling complaints with diligence and finding a fair solution.

Article 7: Intellectual Property
7.1 All elements of the Paris Cab Service website or mobile application, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws and belong exclusively to Paris Cab Service or its licensors.

7.2 Unauthorized use of these materials may violate intellectual property, trademark and other laws.

Article 8: Modification of the Terms and Conditions of use
8.1 Paris Cab Service reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of use at any time without notice. The new Terms and Conditions of use will be published on the website of Paris Cab Service.
8.2 Continued use of the cab services after the publication of the new Terms and Conditions of use will signify acceptance of the changes made.

Article 9: Applicable law and jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the country in which Paris Cab Service is established.
9.2 Any dispute arising from the use of the cab services shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the country in which Paris Cab Service is established.
